Return Policy
Returns and Refunds Online Purchases only
Full Refund within 14 days of purchase. To return a purchase for full refund please email us your order number to provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label sales@ljleathers.com to start the return process. Once the returned item is received, and determined to be in good and re-saleable condition a refund will be made to the same method of payment used to purchase the item less $8.00 restocking/processing fee.
Items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept any returns without an authorization. Please do not apply tape directly to the boxes while packaging item. A fee will be charged if box is damaged or any of the insoles are missing.
Northern regions
For customers located in Northern regions, please note that returns do not qualify for a Free Shipping Label. This means that if you need to return an item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return, and they are not refundable.
